If you fly to Singapore you may want to see this incredible new attraction in Singapore. While you are there you can smell one iconic fragrance that was re-launched recently: Singapore Girl femme fragrance. In 1983, there was a rough patch in business, like most company’s experience. During this time, Mr. Dadi Balsara created another scent, known as Singapore Bliss, for a company called SIA and was a huge success when launched in 1988. After a long reign of impactful creations, in the year 2000, the now older Mrs. Christina Balsara and wanted to dial down her business to a smaller scale. But on September 6, 2007 Perfume of Singapore came to an end and with that the creation of the Singapore Girl Perfume. The good news is that Singapore Memories have taken the original creation to present the same old delicious fragrance. The generic name, ‘children of the air’, is derived from Greek aer (air) and eides (resembling), referring to its epiphytic nature and the way such orchids are cultivated. Opened in 1937, this weird and wonderful park was named after its owners, Aw Boon Haw and Aw Boon Par, the brothers who made their fortune from the acclaimed cure-all ointment Tiger Balm. Multicoloured statues and tableaux – some looking rather neglected – depict scenes from Chinese mythology.
